Windmills generate score passively — the more you place, the faster you age up. Place multiple windmills in a protected area as early as possible. Killing other players also gives a large score bonus, so defending your windmills against attackers serves double duty.
Build a compact base with overlapping spike walls rather than a large spread-out fort. Position windmills in the center of your spike ring so attackers take damage before reaching them. Avoid high-traffic areas in the center of the map early on and expand only after you have a stable gold income.
Any player can create a tribe using the tribe interface (press T or use the on-screen button). You set a short tag displayed next to your name. Invite other players by approaching them and using the invite option. Tribe members cannot damage each other with spike walls or weapons, and they can build on shared territory.
