How to Play Geotastic

1. 1A Street View panorama loads — look around by clicking and dragging the view to examine your surroundings in all directions.
2. 2Identify clues: road signs (language and alphabet narrow the country), vegetation (tropical vs. temperate vs. arid), architecture style, vehicle types, road markings, and terrain.
3. 3Open the map in the corner and drop your pin at your best guess of the location.
4. 4Zoom and pan the map as needed — placing your pin precisely within the right country region is worth significantly more points than a rough continental guess.
5. 5Confirm your guess before the round timer expires; the further you are from the actual location, the lower your score.
