Stormy is out in the open sea, working on a new cable connection for Sealab. What he doesn't know is that Sealab will blow up if he installs the cable! Unlucky, huh? With no time to spare, Dr. Quinn races after Stormy to warn him! Guide Quinn through the seas, shooting the jellyfish and other enemies!
