You can be a soldier, a trader, a policeman, a pirate. But you are to remember that there are also rules and regulations that you are to observe. This world exists regardless of whether you are a part of it or not. Planets and stars appear and vanish. Pilots and ships come and go off. Alliances are established and then dissolved. When you read this, StarLance world is full of life. If you doubt of it, try to get into this world just for a couple of hours. In order to play you can use any Internet connection (modem, GPRS, xDSL, LAN, etc.). As server and browser exchange small packages of data (orders, messages, position data of ships and other objects). Just sign up and you are welcome to StarLance world!
