im stuck on this game. so far ive got a spoon fuse coin letter valve and 2 wierd shapes that slot into the wall can any 1 help me

I only managed to get the puzzle for the bells. I managed to use that steering wheel, although I've no idea what I've got to do.

Help I'm stuck. I have only one piece to go. right at the top. I've a spoon, coin, paper, steering wheel and a red label

The steering wheel goes on the pipe in one of the rooms with the 3 lamp thingers that go up and down.

No idea why, however.

You have to put the lamps in position vertical, horizontal, horizontal from left to right and to do to turn the steering wheel. Then, go to the room that has a piping with a leak this one will have broken and find a pearl. Sorry, my English is not very good I hope to understand me.

I've almost completed it. I just need the red label, and I've got 3 pieces already.

Can't figure out where the label is though. I've switched on the generator.
