Yeah, it only did that to me on my wireless connection, but when I used my hardline connection, I had no problems except for the fact that one time I had to refresh the page (but my connection does that sometimes anyway).

BTW I had to rate this as average because the transfer messed up the cameras in a couple of my levels, now for some reason they rotate the long way sometimes... It completely changed the strategy of the level, perhaps making it impossible...

Hey guys, glad you're all enjoying the game. Great to hear any responses and ideas for the game.

In regards to any errors or bugs you find. Please post them here with as MUCH detail as possible so I can try to re-create them and solve any issues.

Jam, video tutorial sounds good. This is the version we are going to launch properly, so go ahead with the tutorial using this one and post it over to me when it's done.

d@n, the challenge a friend idea is good, but sort of already exists. When you make a level you have a URL which you can just email, msn, tell .etc your friend so they can go straight to your level and play it.

Talking about the URLs that are generated, please don't use them yet or start spreading them, as:

1. The game is still in beta

and 2. They aren't setup properly yet. When they're working they will link directly to the actual play page where the game is hosted when released, and will then load up your level.

Also d@n, the same thing applies with facebook. You can post the URL on facebook, and at somepoint I may get sneak 2 to generate code so you can directly embed, but for now no spreading.

For all those people talking about a problem with the game freezing on the "loading..." screen:

This was a temporary problem, and was not actually a problem with the game loading on a slow connection or anything.

Basically, if you logged into the game ON sneak 2, it would work fine. But if you were already logged in to the OGN main site, and then loaded sneak. It would freeze on the loading... message unless you logged out of OGN, then tried it.

The reason it worked on your wired and not wireless Jamifa was because you changed connection which basically logged you out of OGN.

Anyway, the OGN staff and I have solved that issue, so now you should be able to log in on the OGN site and load up sneak 2 where it will directly log you in without asking. (Tested this morning and works fine)

So no one should 'hang' on the loading screen anymore. If anyone does, please let me know and try and be as detailed as possible so I can fix the problem. But I'm hoping it's all working.

Otherwise, have fun with the BETA and play about getting used to stuff whilst we fix up any bugs and put the finishing touches on for release.

Well the video tutorial explaining the basics is done, but I was also going to do another one to go with it to explain some tips and such, and also show how I created that training mission that's on there now, level 20-something, I think. Anyway, as soon as I get some time alone (which will be in the middle of this month, probably), I'll get to that advanced tutorial, but the basics tutorial is done. It's on the other computer though, so I'll take care of that a bit later. If you want me to add something once I send it, just let me know and I'll edit the movie.

Um... was this thread moved to the newcomers board or something? This thread is for a game on this site that was just released a few months ago. Anyway, I haven't worked on any of my levels for a while, been real busy lately.
