well, he might've gave a wrong username to report, so you might've gotten yourself banned. And TMOYA, you don't even play RUNESCAPE so why do you have to post?

This could be a scam, but I don't know.

even if he does hack you and u report him he wont get banned beacase you need proof that he did and even if he did get banned he will complain and get the perm bann off him
