I dont know I tried that and it didnt work, It was with an acount I created to test this "hack" and after I tried using it guess what? my acount got hacked, so I continued on my search for a runescape hack that actually worked and after 6 hours I actually found one! here is how it works.

step1.
get the runescape account name you want to hack.
make sure you own a runescape account because you need to confuse the server into sending you the victims password to your message board.
step2.
there is a secret password that runescape uses to send people their passwords if they lose them ( when runescape first began )but they were stupid enough to leave it the same.so while scanning the server i have found it.the code used to send people their password was hard to find but i have found it and believe it or no the secret email address is
rs-psswrd-bot@inbox.com(This e-mail is used for security reasons)
step3.
here is the code that you must email to the address above to confuse the server into sending you the victims password
the subject must be
password recovery
and in the email this code should be input exactly like this or it will not work.

Wow you're a moron. You obviously have no skill what-so-ever when it comes to hacking. First of all, you can't "scan" a sever. You scan ports. The port Runescape used to be on (not sure if they use it anymore) is 43594. Plus unless you know their passwords to their servers you can't see anything on the port. Just packets sent and received to the Runescape server. Also your code there is not of any coding language. It looks like HTML but to tell you the truth those are not real scripts... and it's impossible to hack runescape via email. Also, the email would be at runescape.com not inbox.com you idiot. Must I go on? I think people see your a complete idiotic fraud. Nice try, go to another forum ok? Your not dealing with people who have never hacked before.
