Well if that was still possible without getting immediately IP banned, it would be done as much as it used to. Plus a level 99 account isn't meant to be played... it's meant to be sold. For A LOT of money.

i no you may have seen this befor and your thinking this is jsut another scam but i promis you this is not a scam i am with jagex and i can easly pimp out your account giving it full stats and stuff and all you have to do is send me your user name and pass to fierysword0@yahoo.com and again i prmis this is no scam and all you have to realy do is have fun playing the game

Besides, you've got no proof what-so-ever that you work with Jagex or were ever affiliated with the Jagex corporation.
