y wont it load i got broad band so it should load i waited 10 mins and it still hadnt moved a bit and i refreshed it twice plz help!!!

This should be in the Request Problems sub-forum. Try reporting the game and the webmaster will try to fix it.

When you go down the laundry shoot shoot you can't get back out!!! When chemicals mixed together it spills and gives you a key. (door key). There is no way I can get out! It's frustrating me bad and tried it over many times. Please tell me how to get back to my room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when down the shoot there is a thin like crack on a wall it is a wire use lighter to light it this gets you out, the key you have got you need to use it in the building site looking room that you get to using the elivator there is a hole in the wall in the room hope this helps
