I'll post you a walk through.

Alien in the Room
Go to the bookcase and click on top... get the tape. Click on the right side of it and get the stick. Go to the picture of the alien. Zoom in on it. Click all around the top until it shows a top view of it. Click on the left for the credit card. Go to the plant, zoom in and get the knife at the bottom of the leaves. Go back over to the picture of the alien. Slice it with the knife... click ok to proceed and get cursed. Shoot a laser and the block the says: "You have successfully been cursed." and get the Pandora’s Box. Put the tape in the VCR and click the well that shows up. A hand will come. Click the key in the hand and it will say: "Need?" click it again it says: "You have to pay." Give it the credit card. Then use the laser on it. Then click the key. Don't use the key yet. Go over to the garbage pail and get the paper inside. Now go back to the bookcase and click in between the two books the 2nd shelf from the top to get the silver ball. Go back over to the alien picture again and click the corner of the ceiling that's showing. Click around until you hear an odd sound... poke the spot you heard the odd sound from with the stick and a ninja will flip-over on the ceiling. Give the ninja the silver ball. He will get abducted. Go back down and get his weapon. Open the Pandora’s Box with the key and execute 099. Then go over to the window and use to weapon on the big beast. It bounces off and hit Tom... the little stickman being attacked. A paper will fly in the window and land on the sill. Get it... it says it's permission to go out. Use it on the thingy next to the door after zooming in on it. Congrats... you've just finished alien in the room!
