pharoah's tomb help wanted please

can anyone help me please? i can get the axe, but can't remember what to do with it. I am totally stuck on this part. i thought you had to kill the creature with it in the room with the single tomb, but i keep dying instead of hitting her.

great game, been trying to beat it for at least l month, after I lose, I don't have the want to try it again right away. The axe: go back to pink door room with the monster pacing back and forth, thru door to the right to the room with the dancing skulls..... go out door on the bottom left, there is a door that is covered with wood planks click on them, they break. that room is quite easy to accomplish. (Ihave made it almost to the end after going through all rooms, just haven't won)

Don't hit any monsters, bugs, or anything. You AVOID them, they take your life away. Also a great hint, don't worry about picking up gold, just concentrate on making it to the end
