i figured it out. a hint for other who get stuck you need the binoculars.

i solved it last night but thanks though. the morse code parts were the easy part. I think the hardest part for me was trying to find the numbers to unlock the bike. that was a cool puzzle. I think it helped that i wasn't able to cheat.
