Yeah after I click the upper right, then upper left, it wont do anything when I click the lower right..any suggestions? I tried and tried, but it just wont work

ok for clicking the picture its the upper right, upper left, then the lower CENTER of the frame...not the lower right. Atleast after trying forever thats what i found...

hey how did u get number & did anybody see the skull & cross-bone on the paper after u send it & it comes back
