I don,t understand how you pull the numbers into the holes they don,t work.if you are pull the 9 our 0 our 6 0ur 3,there's coming ?

If you're stuck on the switch part... do this:

Hit all in the bottom rom except second to last (going from left to right).
In row about hit one on right and then third to right.
In top row hit one on right.

Yay you're done.
On the next part... you'd be better off guessing... it's a 50-50 chance anyways.
