Timezone Error

I have seen that when I post in the morning, it says I posted at the PM time and when I post in the PM time, it says I'm posting in the AM time. This is bugging me. I tried resetting the time zone, it didn't work. Will you guys fix this?

I think the Date/Time has been fixed, it works fine at my place.
