Error when selecting forum avatar

Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website

After entering a url, the result shows...

"Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file."

Same problem with the "Edit Profile Picture"

- Registered as a member via the forums and am logged in as a member
- On the play games page, to make a comment, it still says "Register to leave comments"
- When trying to register again, the system says i am already registered
- How do i leave comments?

- "Games Played:" and "Last 5 Games Played" does not show up in the profile

- Favorite Games (selected) is ok.
