there are 3 keys hidden all about, find them to keep advancing till you get the suitcase, then win the handheld game and put your scores (it will give you 2) into the suitcase locks to get the last key, to the door.

the handheld game doesnt work! may be there are battery somewhere

sorry... yup, there's a battery in the safe. A couple of the keys are tough to find, but they are there! After the battery, the game is just... click on the red and blue buttons as close as you can to when they pass under the arrow... it took me several tries, but finally I won.
