help with puzzled IV - OnlineGames.Net

ok, i have the keys, power supply, batteries, 2 notes, and the remote. i've put the batteries in the remote and power supply on the tv, but now i'm stuck. i'm guessing i have to get the remote code or the code to the thing under the rug, but can't figure either out
