Puzzle 4...!!!

I can't get out of this game, i'm really stuck. anyone with any ideas what to do!!! HELP!!!

Attention: Full guide
at first there are two batteries. one behind the tower the other under the desk with the white big thing over it. (Sorry but dont know what it is ;-p
Theres a key behind the yellow book.
when u got the paper typ the password into the computer.
Now u have unlocked the safe behind the onlinegamesposter.
power supply now on tv.
Tv remote u can find behind computerdesk.
batteries in remote.
Now second paper is behind the white thing.
type password into remote.
Now u get a new one.
Type it into the control center under the red carpet.

What do you normally do with a TV remote?

Look at one of the papers, there is a hint to as to which channel you should turn on.

But the remote wont do anything without power, nor will the TV respond without power itself.

I do everyghing as written in the post by Checketno1, obtain the Error 862, enter the 862 into the control center under the red carpet - and nothing happens. May be, I do something wrong?
