i cant get the tv remote from behind the desk help please.

from the long view of the desk click on the white pen holder thing (that looks like a nearly empty loo roll). then click on the edge of the desk and you view the side with a grey triangle in the shadows. that is the remote.

here's a shortcut:
go to the computer put pw(zoe)
then go to the poster click on the
bottom left corner of the poster
you'll see a safe click on it then
get the power box then get the
two batteries one is under the
bed and one is by the CPU
go to the back of the desk
then put batteries into remote
then put power supply at the left side
of the T.V now use the remote
and put channel 911 then it'll
say error 862 go under the carpet
put 862 then click on it again and
well done you've completed puzzled 4!

didn't find an answer yet..

Wehen I click on the remote and put the batteries in i'm stuck can't do nothing but dial some numbers on the remote. I can't go on searching in the room and can't get rid of the picture of this remote. Whats wrong? How can I go on browsing around in the room? o.O

EDIT: Same thing with the save on the floor (or whatever it is). i get thi thing where I can put in some numbers, but I can't go on any more. Just this thing and I do not get back to the room itself to go on searching

Puzzled 4 Here's a little walkthrough I typed up:

Look under the bed behind the wood on the right for the battery (link to picture of it): Picture Here!
Once you got the battery, look at the bed from a top view. At the top-left corner, you'll see the corner of a paper sticking out (pic): Picture Here!
Now look at the left side of the desk (on the side of it) to see the remote sticking out on the ground. Grab it. Look under the table on the left side at the computer tower. Click all around the bottom left and right sides of it and near the back you should get another battery. Now look at the bookshelf on the wall and look at the yellow book (or block, whatever it is). Click behind it to get the keys. Go to the nightstand table with the two drawers and use the key on the drawers to get it open. Grab the paper. Click the remote in your inventory and put the two batteries in. Go to the computer screen (the monitor) on the desk. Put the password from the paper in: "Zoë" and click GO. Now the safe is unlocked it says. Click the poster for a closer look and click the bottom left corner to fold it. Click the door open to get the power supply. Click the T.V. and click the left side to view the left side of it. Use the power supply. Now look back at the front of the T.V. and use the remote to go to channel 911 (from the other paper). It says "Error: 862" now go to the carpet on the floor. Click it to fold it up and see the door. Enter 862 as the code and click the hole. Congrats! You're out!!!
