New game! Name: Survival Interface Objective: Kill all the zombies, mummies, Thing Thing characters and bombs before time runs out, or if you die! Time Amount: You have to select from 5 levels: Easy!(50:00)with enimes Bombs, Thing Thing characters Meduim.(40:00) with enimes Bombs, zombies, Thing Thing Characters. Hard?(30:00!) with enimes mummys, zombies(its Survival Mode) Very hard?!(15:00) with ALL enimes! OMFG! DIFFICULT!!!?!!! All enimes including the Furictional Boss! Settings include: Quality(Great, Meduim, Poor) Difficulty(Easy!, Meduim., Hard?, and OMFG! DIFFICULT!!!?!!!) and Sizes(with people with a Meduim type computer you might not want to play) Very hard! You die, it shows a close up bullet/explosion/mummyslash/zombie bite. |

I must admit gamemaker is a superb program, and I recommend it if you are a newbie to making games. The only downside to it is that your game is published in an .exe file. So if you want other users to play it they have to download it to their computer first, and they can't just play it in the browser. Also, you must use bitmap style sprites for the game, as opposed to the flexibility, scalability and easily animated/modified vector style of flash. But I would definitely give gamemaker a try as a starting point before you move on to other things. |
