Welcome to OGN. I hope your talking about this site. If you wanted to really advertise something, there is a advertising page for you to tell people about that. Though, I wouldn't recommend it, as, this place already rules!  Well have a good time on OGN and don't just jump right into the forum. Try the games, first!
