You probably need a newer version of java or java if you don't have any version what-so-ever. Otherwise use the downloadable version.

Try downloading a newer version of java or jdk. If not try rebooting your computer. Otherwise look for more answers on google.

Google doesn't help me. I tried looking for an IP changer and it gave me something I need to buy. :/
