Hi, how exactly do i turn on the pc. There is no red button under the desk

Nothing happens after clicking under the desk, Need some help .....i think my colours are messed up huh......

Big mistake making another thread. Turn on the power panel under the desk to turn on the computer. Don't make similar threads again. We already have too many. This forum doesn't need anymore.
