jail escape help please...

i have the three sets of keys, the note to say look behind the clock and the hammer. now what do i do??

use the hammer on the droor and you'll find another set of keys use those keys on the
escaping door and you're free.

the droor,go to the droor click on the hammer then it breaks,get the key
and use that key to escape.
