That won't work. Too many members make accounts that they don't even use. I suggest the admins do some spring cleaning to delete all the accounts that haven't been used for a long time. They take too much space. Anyway, this should be in the OGN suggestions.

EDIT: I'll get the administrator to read this.

Because when I was last year (months ago) I would get into an argument with someone because they constantly double posted and they refused to use the edit button.

I think the most important thing to do is to analyse who are the members and also determine the age group. Some members are new to forum and some are too lazy to make a post. In fact, a large portion of casual gaming players are from the middle aged women. (I read from this article http://publications.mediapost.com/in...&art_aid=64395)

How to tackle this problem? How to make these ladies start posting at OGN forum?

Lets discuss !

We should have something interesting that would make it worth posting. Perhaps matt can provide us with a few ideas if he comes back online here again instead of waiting once a month.

This reminds me, I officially declare this the ''How to get more users interested in OGN thread''.

I mean for a LONG time. Max maybe, 1 year. That should work. The problem is that they're lazy to post. If they're lazy, why would they come back? Maybe to look for help in OGN threads, but that's it.

They probably just PM people, since it doesn't count as posts. Wait a minute, then it would show on their Last Activity.

Unless they're in invisible mode. Then you can't see their last actvitiy. I have a feeling they PM people because last time, this guy PM'd me with help on his account. He said, ''Can you help me? I can't make a post or a thread. These people won't let me do anything.'' that's the problem. The Administrator changed the way how to activate accounts. You now need to get an Email from here with activation details. You must follow the link they gave you to activate it. The new members here don't want to enter their Email because they think they'll receive viruses. So they enter a fake and now they're screwed because of that.
