Super Mario Brothers is a great game. I wouldn't consider it the best of all time though. It's near the top of the list for me, though.

Star Wars Tie Fighter!! I remember that game, was awesome for its time

I saw this quite a while ago, anyways i think Super mario is a great choice for number 1 because it was truly revolutionary.
