Special Announcement!

I see too many people making duplicate threads that clog up the forums.
For now on use the search button. Anyone caught doing this will get
reported to the admin and be given a warning.

EDIT: Sticky or make this an Announcement Please?

Well even IF that is a problem, only the admins should make threads like these, and dont make this sticky, make this an announcemrnt

actually admins dont have to do that. Members can too, if it's iimformative enough, I saw some non-mods/admins made a sticky or announcement of runescape-tip.com/forum
