I need some help

hey everyone i have been trying to find this game for like 6 months, i played it a few years ago and its like a gangster rpg game. its kinda like the game on face book Crime city. in the game you had your own "hood" that you could build on blocks of land like : gun factorys, bars ect if anyone has any ideas on where i can find the game it will be greatfull its been bugging me for months.
