If your going to be creating your own games. It's not a skill you can learn over night.

I recommend you find some good tutorials on the web about flash games.

And just start playing around with flash, try different things and teach yourself.

But if you are going to want to make some of the games like I and other people have posted on sites like these. It will take you months, most probably years to develop the neccessary skills.

I have been working with flash for ages, and i'm still learning new things everyday
