Spammers? They probably won't get their IPs banned, but they may be banned for a certain time if they were asked to stopped before.

Spamming advertisers/Bots? Their IPs should be banned.

They make one post about something happening (most likely a sale) on their website and never some back. They do it to several forums before leaving.
