I expect everyone (includng old timers) to read my guide. I can straight tell if you don't read it. When I see a person post crap, this is what they're saying to me.

''Duh, i dont carre abot da fourom gide, i going too post anyway.''

This is exactly what you're saying to me if you don't read my forum guide.

The Guide just basically tells how to use the forums, not the rules.
