I don't know which one to buy...

I know basically nothing about gaming consoles- I am planning on getting one soon- was thinking about XBox but I don't know if maybe another one might be better..? Is there much of a difference between the types of games available for each? I know I don't want a Wii, have no desire to wave my arms around like crazy! So does anyone have an opinion about a real difference? not just like- this one's cool, that one's lame? I have such a hard time making up my mind- and want to alleviate any possibility of 'buyers remorse'!!! Is the graphics quality about the same? Has anyone had much experience with both or more than two kinds?

Hi Lydia1974,

I have XBox myself and I can tell you that Xbox is much much much better than the PS2. Sorry I can't tell much of the diferences with PS3 tho.

The graphic is great and the games are a lot better than the PS2 games. I've been playing the GTA IV and I can get stucked in my chair for the whole day.

One little bad thing about XBox is its wireless remote sucks up alot of battery juice.

By the way, do you actually own a Wii before?

I own a PS3 and i can say that gaming on a PS3 or an Xbox is exatcly the same

no differences in terms of graphics and all.. the only difference is in the games thsi two CONSOLE giants supprot.

So instead of looking at which console is good for u, i suggest u look at the games

PS3 definatly blows the X-Box 360. This includes the Elite X-Box 360. My friend had an XBOX360E and came to my house to play COD4 on my PS3. He said he was ASTOUNDED how better the graphics look because they were high-def.
