Where can I find either the wallet or smoe money to get a wristband? What is the code for the cookie jar?

and the code is in half 1 is in the drier the other is in the yard outside

Where can i find all the books at? I have 3--a Halloween book, a purple book, and a red one...they spell somehting but i need all the others...can sum 1 tell me where to find them please?!
