No one ever reads the reports. If you don't believe me, all of the scammers in this thread (RuneScape idiot scammers) aren't banned/ I.P banned yet. I report them daily. Why can't you just I.P ban them? Cmon. I want em all gone with that whole forum page deleted. Most of the people in the MMORPG just put up annoying scams.
