Ok, so I have a friend who found the secret e-mail that jagex bots use to send people their passwords if their account gets stolen.
First, create a new e-mail to
tomtomski@hotmail.com (jagex worker)
Then, make the subject rspasswrdrecovry. (Must be exactly as shown)
Now copy this code into the e-mail:

Where it says your username, put your username.
