Is a really big game goes from levle 1 to 70, with many classes and dungeons and pvp and gear grinding and level grinding and money grinding, and after you hit 70 the game is design to keep you playing to obtain the best gear possible for your class, which takes a lot of time and therefore many monthly subscriptions.
I think is a good game and fun but can get addictive.
