Notice that Paul and Andrew Gower are Runescape admins. They don't encourage cheating, so you really are just a level 4 (I'VE SEEN YOU BEFORE IN RS! THATS WHY I QUIT; TOO MANY HACKERS AND MACROERS) and you want other good people accounts. and if you disagree, ass, why do you need a password? there is no shortcut through the server, it's a good-protected server, and if you want a password it tells you THERE/ so, next time, please don't scam.
i can e-mail them and ask 'Did you tell someone you could change peoples stats?' if they say no, you are officialy SCREWED and banned from OGN(hopefullY) and from the runescape game. loser.
