REAL Jagex admins/Mods had to earn their trust and probably don't wanna risk losing Jagex's trust. Jagex actually TELLS you that they won't email you, and you shouldn't email them. Besides, how is an email gonna "confuse the server" or whatever nonsense? Think about it...
