WARNING WALK-THROUGH AHEAD
Get the scissors under the tiny table lookin' thing, it's to the right of where you find the bomb.
After you pull out the bomb, go back and look at the little lights under the shelf. Cut the wires in that order, cutting the red only when the light is red and cut green only when it's green, you will turn off the bomb that way.
